I love this quote because there’s nothing that you’ll lose from exceeding expectations! As a coach, when you over-deliver on your promises it makes you stand out from the rest of the crowd. You become more self-confident, and more influential to the people around you. Of course, the value of your service will only go up from there. Don’t be afraid to go the extra mile!
